Error at the Google earh. How to notify developers?

Greetings everybody!
Today I been exploring North Russian river (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sukhona_River) using Google Earth and watching Panoramio photos. And Google Earth showed me photos from INCORRECT place (Brazil, USA deserts, China, India) , but when I click on those photos they were binded correctly (at the Panoramio). Here is an example of such incorrect representaion: at 60°15'53.56 43°44'59.91 (north Russia) shows photo from Brazil: 21° 54' 4.54" S 50° 29' 18.51" W. But I cannot click Misplaced because it coordinated correctly, only represents in wrong places.
Now I'm seeking way how to create report to Google Developers.

This is a known problem which repairs itself within a short time. If you can give photo id´s it would be much appreciated. Contacting the GE admins goes through Panoramio for this problem, so this forum is the right place.

What is very interesting that thsi is  incorrect places, not incorrect photos. Different photos at the one place. So right now I'm on that place and Google Earht show me Turkey mountains instead of Brazil. So I think Id dose not help, because every time new ID. (this is the second google earth start and the second ID)
