Hi fudezhi.

What language can you read? Panoramio is available in many translations, have a look at the bottom of the screen.

Maybe one of these will help?

That's true, although many users post in their own language.

There are many ways to translate pages, I use Google and this does a reasonable (although not perfect) job.

at least I see a lot of Chinese and Japanese signs (or whatever, forgive me, but I don't know what it is from), so I assume you can post in many different languages.

You can use some software to translate English to Chinese in Panoramio's Forum.It's easy to find .
For example,词霸豆豆 is a good programe.
I am using it now. :)
