Je croyais que tout était perdu, mais j'ai reçu avant hier un courriel m'avisant que j'avais jusqu'au 29 janvier 2018 pour passer de Panoramio à Google.

Il y a un peu plus d'un an, je croyais avoir lié mon compte Panoramio à un compte Google.

1- Comment vérifier si cela a été fait?

I myself have also been confused with the issue. In October 2017, I just went to my Panoramio page and clicked the message at the top: "Panoramio is closing. Learn how to back up your data." And I followed through some of those instructions, and I suppose I got it done, but I am not 100% sure.
