Giuseppe,

Alphabet decided the 100,000 global Panoramio users, photos, metadata and discussion were insignificant and did not fit the Alphabet business model. Panoramio no longer exists. As mentioned, photos can be stored in your G+ account.

People are still viewing some of my Panoramio photos, I get updates through Google Guides. I do not know if all my efgorts can be seen via Google Earth/Maps.

My name is Giuseppe, I have inserted in panoramio photos of places never
photographed by anyone, like some lakes of Bolivia (san fernado, pinky ...
created by me in maps maker). I have mapped with accuracy almost 1650
photos from all over the world, I have connected my account panoramio with
google. Result: photos disappeared from maps and earth. on google archive
appear some photos, choices I do not know with which criterion. I am very
disappointed that I have been detecting working hours.
