First of all, if you uploaded the photo knowing you don't have the copyright it is ilegal. The only one claiming copyright is you who uploaded the photo in the first place. Please delete it. End of the problem.

In the unlikely event you upload some more photos you have the copyright of, please notice it is you who can move the photos. There is a link to do so below the photo map on the photo page.


Or are you saying this http://www.panoramio.com/user/1932606 is not you? Well, if you didn't open that account why do you worry? It is more likely a namesake. End of your problem as well.

That's the photo. I uploaded it long before I understood how anything worked and it has never been removed.

Proof is simple, there are no mountains in ontario that look like that, and the our user names are the same.

I would like some help getting it removed it at leastsent to Switzerland or France where it belongs.
 
Also it claims I am the copyright owner, which is false and probably illegal.

adding to Drakens post. if this is your "gallery" you can delete it after deleting the photo. Empty accounts can be deleted in the settings.

The photo is by J~S~, but he is j~s~ he could be the same person who has forgotten the password.
