I read statements of few people in the help forum.
I read Herman's statement, Keep Panoramio ALIVE! http://www.change.org/p/google-google-keep-the-panoramio-community-alive , then I went to the Change.org site, and I saw the red word of Victory with 10,514 supporters.
Then I read the statement of Draken, and became more confused.

I hope Herman do not delete or block this question that I am asking here.

Simply I would like to know if Panoramio still is working and if so, there would be review of images or it is closed as Herman announced in his link (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/panoramio-questions-support/_KiOYyAH44Y).

I have few hundred architectural images and would like to put them in Panoramio, but NOT sure if it is closed or NOT?? Also I wonder if in the future the staff of Panoramio will move all of my images to the View or not.

Herman PLEASE do not delete this, as I am confused and waited more than 3 weeks that if I continue uploading images in Panoaramio or not.

I would appreciate your help in this matter.

Thanks

One thing that is sure is that threads are never closed for no reason.
The other thing that is sure is that the future of Panoramio is unsure.
Google announced that Panoramio wil merge with g+/views sometime in the future.
As Google does not see it fit to have communication with PA users/forum we are not sure of anything.
g+ is not popular, views is ful of flaws, PA pictures are not viewed in GM, bugs in GE. Bugs in PA are normally dealt with.
I have the feeling that Google is just as confused as you are, as they created a problem where noting really works as it should.

For the time being the uploaded pictures are reviewed and the PA community is working.

The amount of 'dorment' users, as I, is growing. We wait and see.
