Here you can download professional creative filters tools:

These software filters collections used to be for $150, now it's for free. Enjoy!
Tips:
- These filters are meant to be installed as add-on for Photoshop, it may work with other photo processing software supporting .8bf filters.
For me it works fine with Zoner Photo Studio. - Installation procedure does not create shorcuts on desktop or start menu for these tools, but each filter collection has it's own .exe file, so you can create these shortcuts on your own and use filters as stand-alone photo processing application.
- Some filters tools do not have File - Open menu, so standalone use is restricted to opening photo via drag-and-drop photo file onto this tool icon.
- Well, many of these filters can produce surrealistic and kitsch effects and it's better to avoid them (depends on your taste and preferences).
- Hardcore users of Photoshop can achieve similar results using layers, channels and selections but... not everybody is Photoshop professional.
- Some filters work quite well... I personally like Graduated Fog, Polarization, Indian Summer and Graduated filters from Color Efex suite. But Viveza (with use of control points) "rulez" ;-)
