Is there a known issue concerning groups?

Hi there,

anything regarding groups seems to be unusually slow today.

I tried to add some of my photos to groups from the photo page, and it took ages to do that.

Same thing goes for loading my groups on my user page, and for trying to explore groups via the menu item.

Is that a known problem, or maybe some maintenance work in progress?

Brief update, exploring groups via the menu finally ends in a server error.

Talking about server errors, I wonder why the development team does not make this generic error message a bit more specific, like adding a specific server generated error number. Not that it would help us users, but it would definitely help the technical team tracking the cause of the problem.

Hi Traveller42,

This is the first I've heard of such slowness, and I'm not experiencing it myself here.
So for now, the best advice I could give would be to do the ol' Microsoftian solution (first, try rebooting browser, then try rebooting computer, and if that still doesn't work, try rebooting the router.)  If I hear of any others experiencing this issue, I'll report back here.
