Photowidget - keep photoTitle displayed

I'm using the photowidget javascript API and would like to tweak a few of its features.

Is there a way to keep the photo title & author info displayed at all times irrespective of whether or not the users cursor is over the image?

Also keep the navigation arrows displayed as well?
