Is it possible GET a SET of only photos NOT selected for Google Earth?

set=(not)public?

A solution would be very helpful to the Beautiful Rejects group.

Thanks in advance.

Did not test it, but perhaps it could be possible with a combination of requests:
One request with set=all, a second request with set=public and afterwards a comparison of both.

Edit: Sorry, with this you will get NOT selected and NOT mapped too.

Thanks Jörn KH. I was thinking along those lines too - but the majority of our group submissions are mapped for selection in GE and were rejected... the Beautiful Rejects group. We actually are looking for a way to create a specialized set and send Invites.

It seems possible to be exact because lots of my photos include the notation...
"This photo is not selected for Google Earth [?] - ID: ##### [ Ask for a second review ] Delete"
.... and that is exactly what we are looking to collect into a set.
Thanks again. Any other thoughts?

There are over 5million users most whom will have some photos that are not selected. You could end up sending out a lot of emails if you automated the process.

But you could start of by using Google Images search for "This photo is not selected for Google Earth".
Google limits the search results to 1000 images, but you could change the settings. There are 16 colours you could also filter for. And if you try the queries again later you will get different probe sets of other 1000 images.
