Error while uploading RAW files

I have tried uploading RAW(Sony ARW) files through the website and get the following error message - "Panomonkey has encountered an error when working on your panorama."

I tried to zip and upload through FTP I get a different error message - "The file you uploaded was not a valid zip file containing images."

Jpeg upload seems to work fine. Any help appreciated.

Same problem here. Tried to upload RAW files and got the message, "Panomonkey has encountered an error when working on your panorama." Anyone have a fix or reason why this failed?
