just bought my first Panaroma and its useless

I just bought a panorama from you but its useless
The original files were hi res ( 5333 x 3208 ) but you have stiched and resized to 234 x 167 and I have lost all detail
Too late it appears as I have paid for it
Your stitching appears excellent but I cant afford to lose any resolution. Please advise why this happened?

Hi Tony,

Your images have no EXIF metadata at all so panomonkey was not able to detect any lens information.

You do get a free stitch which you only have to pay for if you like it, you know.... Sorry for the confusion...
