troubles...

   Hello.
   My experiencies so far:

   Sometimes Panomonkey do stitch the pictures, somtimes not...
   I have specially troubles with my Nikon 1J2, where I sometimes have to turn the pictures 90 degrees when cameramode is in portrait, somtimes not.
   My Pentax *ist Ds does not have this problem, but the Nikon is newer, more handy and gives better pictures, in my opinion so far.
   I do use RAW files, PEF and NEF.

   Any ideas about why theese problems occures?
