I have installed the software, start the program and get the attached to error messages
What is wrong?

Thanks for trying Panini-Pro.
There is some problem (that I don't immediately recognize) with
building the GPU programs. Your video driver may not support a
sufficiently advanced version of OpenGL. Please report what video
card and driver version you have, and if you can, find out what
version of OpenGL it is supposed to support. And try installing the
latest manufacturer's driver for your card.
