to Panic and Anxiety
I wanted to talk to you about how you can avoid panic attacks. It is
surprising how many people actually suffer from these attacks and it
seems like more people start suffering from it everyday. There is one
common occurrence that all attack victims use to describe it, they all
feel like they are dying. In reality, they are perfectly fine. What
happens is that the body starts taking shallow breaths and even stops
breathing at all. When less oxygen gets in the body, less goes to the
brain and you end up panicking. This is why I wanted to help you to
avoid panic attacks because there is no reason for you to have to go
through them.
Panic attacks happen because it is part of anxiety. That is the
problem you have and it inevitably leads to the attacks. Anxiety
occurs because you have this need to control everything, when in
reality you can't. If you're driving home from work, you can't control
it. Anxiety takes over when you want to control such a situation,
can't and start to panic about it. Getting over anxiety takes a lot of
practice, but it requires you to let go. You just have to let go and
stop trying controlling things. That's easier said than done, but it's
what you need to learn to do.
To avoid panic attacks there should be one thing on your mind,
breathing. Your breathing patterns is what allows these attacks to get
as bad as they do. If you keep your breathing deep and consistent, the
brain will have more oxygen and that will make it impossible to
panic.
