To: Panic and Anxiety
Your Subconscious Mind holds all your beliefs and habits concerning
every area of your life. It is the part of your brain that controls
the beating of your heart & the blinking of your eyes, the
emotional part of them mind, which is impartial to what, is real &
what is not. If you have ever awoken from a nightmare and felt afraid,
although the dream was not real, the symptoms of discomfort were. This
is an illustration of the power of the subconscious.
If for example a persons anxiety or panic is triggered by flying. The
person doesn't find themselves flying over the Atlantic then
panicking. They work themselves up to it, normally with their own
internal chatter, or created images in their mind of everything going
disastrously wrong, of being out of control. Well if you think about
it nothing has happened, and they are already panicking. The inner
chatter was never real nor was the images in their mind. But the
subconscious part of the mind doesn't know that, therefore it ended up
in creating a fear.
Lets say for a moment You simply didn't have that Chatter & those
images or past memories of panic or anxiety in your mind. What would
happen?
You would Be Free wouldn't You.
Well lets say you began to consistently think about how everything
will work out and you will Begin To Feel Relaxed in any situation. If
you were to DO THIS Consistently enough eventually you would
experience that FEELING OF TRANQUILITY.
