I know it must be very difficult to talk about something that has such
a negatively profound affect on your life. I don't think enough people
understand the struggle of anxiety and panic attack sufferers. Even
those who share the problem may debate on the type of treatment that
is safe, affective, or neccesary.

However, I do believe that there are certain things that all panic
attack sufferers can do that to help create affective relief. Although
everyone is different, by implementing certain tips and helpful tools,
whether by themselves or in combination with your current treatment
methods, there is no doubt you can find some fast, lasting relief.

I've got a blog about anxiety and panic attacks, and I hope that by
reading it, others will gain some
insight on the issue and discovery some ways to cope with it as well.
Check it out at www.anxietyattackhelp.blogspot.com.

Hope this helps!

I must say you hit it on the head. Drugs may help but it's only temp
and then people have to look to find more natural wholesome ways to
tackle this problem. I know there's answers out there.

I fail to understand the bombardment of email I got on this post. The fact is, without question THE MEDICATION WORKS. This is not the issue at all, and I really wish all of the people with these ideas that somehow a med that helps and woks is somehow a bad thing will realize that what works works.

I simply want to remain on the medication that helped me regain control of my life. I would not wish a panic attack on anyone, and I pray almost everyday. I do not feel guilty for taking a pill that keeps me from going crazy.

John Doe,

I agree with you totally. For some of us, medications are necessary. They work for us. The people who don't like it are going to have to lump it.
