going for controlling panic attacks, first understand its symptoms and
causes of anxiety to recognize if a person is suffering from the
trouble.
The stressful life surrounded with anxiety and insecurity, when
continued for long may result in chronic anxiety and panic attacks. If
a person goes through severe anxiety in his life and it continues,
then it may lead to a panic attack.
Main symptoms of a panic attack:

Dizziness and the world losing control
Tingly feeling in fingers and toes
Feeling of dread, fear and death
Afraid of something bad to happen

How to deal with anxiety attacks?
You must train yourself in controlling anxiety if you want to control
the panic attacks.
The very first step while controlling anxiety is that you should move
away from that situation and place. Secondly, you must divert your
mind to something else. Do not be afraid of the severe anxiety attacks
that you are facing. Instead you must confront it fearlessly. Once you
control your fear, half the battle is won.
If you suffer from such anxiety and panic attack very often, then you
must stop consuming alcohol and caffeine based drinks. These are the
main causes of anxiety in many people. They only add fuel to the
situation. You must take plenty of water as it helps in relieving
stress and drinking good quantity of water effectively helps in
controlling anxiety.
Maintaining healthy diet is also a good way to fight chronic anxiety.
Include large amount of proteins, calcium and magnesium in your diet.
Magnesium makes calcium absorbable and relaxes the body.
Also involve yourself in some regular physical exercises. These not
only keeps you fit but also helps your brain to work faster and
better. It is a great stress buster as it takes away your negative
energy. You can also cultivate a hobby which gives you pleasure.
Get yourself involved with your family and friends. Share your
problems with them. It will sure help you releasing the stress and
controlling anxiety. So, instead of being in your cave, move out and
socialize with people.
