Are there any other published formats?

to PanelSys User Group (PUG!) - For Comic Collectors

If you have added some new published "formats" (amongst stuff like
Hardcover/Squarebound/Paperback etc) that are not included in the
"formats" base data (see the Formats screen form) then please let me
know what they are. I'll include them in the next build as they might
be useful for other collectors...

Also, let me know if any data changes/corrections are needed to the
existing formats etc.
