Comic selection criteria - Subscribed series

I'm working on improvements to the series selection criteria screen and
need some feedback...

I intend to include the option to select just "subscribed series".

Do you use the "Subscribing" indicator to flag series that are being
held for you at your local comic shop/store? Or do you just flag the
series as "collected"?

Exactly right Andrew. 'Subscribed' is my order of new comics. 'Collected' on
the other hand is series I am collecting as back issues. Can Subscribed be
added to the drop down Status menu along with full set, collected etc?

Is it the Maintenance part of PS that you would mainly like the
"subscription" changes for? Or is it for Reporting?

I have created a working prototype that I'm still tweaking (on my daily
train journey). Let me know if you'd like to try it and give me some
feedback and I'll email it to you (or anyone else that would like to
test it).

The next build of PS should be out in the next 2-4 weeks. I have heard
that the new database engine will be available in a couple of weeks and
this should fix the minor bugs introduced last release.

You are probably aware that you can already restrict yourself to
subscribed series by one publisher. To do this, click on the series
form "filter" button. Choose a publisher. Tick the "Subscribing" box.
Click the "filter" button again.

Mainly for reporting purposes and being able to bring up a list of my
subscribed series only (useful for when I get my order home from They Walk
Among Us and want to enter my new books!)

I have emailed the prototype versions of the new Maintenance and
Reporting criteria screens to you. Please bear in mind that from Build
0302 PS will assume that if a series is subscribed to then it is being
collected. It will turn the subscription indicator off when you
complete the set.

Again, if anyone else would like to help test 'em, then just drop me an
email...
