Does it currently exist an (c++) example that works with current pandora code? It seems that some are outdated.

The easiest one is randomWalker, but I would suggest to wait for a
couple of days while we solve this task:

In the meantime you can move to the install branch and compile the
code in 'docs/code_templates'

Sorry about the inconvenience, you took us in the middle of a major
change towards first stable release :-D
