Hello.

Most of the people here know about the Japanese section of
Pandorawiki. I agree that it needs to be the main information resource
for the Japanese Pandora community and could be nice to be into the
already "official" Pandora wiki as it's already an international site.
http://pandorawiki.org/Jp:Main_Page

As you see, the current Japanese section is quite incomplete. Another
thing is using the wikipedia style jp.pandorawiki.org instead the
current way, it's more elegant and easier to type. It could also be
quite interesting to have a .jp domain that redirects to that site,
but that could be wiki.openpandora.jp too :)

I already sent a message to Chip (the pandorawiki owner) about the
Japanese section and putting a few Japanese speaker people as admins/
managers of that section. I hope he agrees and find some volunteers
for this task here, please reply me if you are interested on this and
have the enough Japanese language knowledge for it.

I asked a few more people about Joomla and most of them (including
EvilDragon itself) said to me something like "you can do anything you
want with Joomla, if you know what you're doing". I'm going to test
Joomla this week and put my progress reports in this group.

Regards.

Hello.

There's a way to merge Joomla with any Mediawiki installation, and
integrate that in Joomla without design issues.
A component for Joomla called 'aWiki' lets you integrate, for example
Wikipedia into a Joomla design. You can view an example on this link:
http://joomla.anezi.net/en/awiki-demo.html?view=mediawiki&article=Free_software
The component also allows edit anonymously the wiki. That allows, for
example, merge pandorawiki.org with any Joomla-based website and edit
the wiki from Joomla.

Regards.
