I'm pleased to announce the release of pandoc 2.19.2,
available in the usual places:

This release fixes a regression in 2.19.1 involving data: URIs
and a bug in pandoc-server's handling of the `citeproc` parameter.
It revises the changes of column formatting in HTML from 2.19.1.
Finally, it improves round-tripping between ipynb and Org-mode,
using emacs-jupyter conventions.
