ANN: pandoc 1.2.1

I'm pleased to announce the release of pandoc version 1.2.1.

This is mostly a bug fix release; see the changelog for details.

Users may notice a significant speedup in reading markdown in
--smart mode; the abbreviations parser has been made much more
efficient.

Default HTML output now wraps sections in divs with unique
identifiers. This should aid manipulation using javascript and
other tools.

We have made some progress in replacing the old POSIX shell
script wrappers with more portable Haskell wrappers. If the
'wrappers' flag is enabled ('cabal install pandoc -fwrappers'),
pandoc will build Haskell versions of hsmarkdown and
markdown2pdf. (Thanks to Paulo Tanimoto for the latter.)
