I'm pleased to announce the release of pandoc 3.6.4,
available in the usual places:

This is mostly a bug fix release. It incorporates new
versions of the typst and texmath libraries, which should result
in more accurate parsing and rendering. Changes of special note:

- We have made a small change in how pandoc parses list items,
which makes it closer to commonmark and avoids some bad
outcomes. But if you're using HTML comments to comment out
list items, this may result in an unwanted behavior change.
Please see the changelog for details.
- The citations extension is now automatically disabled in the
output format if --citeproc is used, to ensure that the generated
citations will be used instead of native citation codes.
- The warning for unspecified title in HTML output is now
an info-level message; use --verbose if you want to see it.
