I'm pleased to announce the release of pandoc 2.11.3.1,
available in the usual places:

This fixes a packaging error in pandoc 2.11.3 (not all of
the files required for testing were included in the release
tarball). Most users should not need to upgrade from 2.11.3.

In addition, we now use citeproc 0.3.0.1, which preserves
nonbreaking spaces at the end of `initialize-with`, allowing
you to use a style that ensures nonbreaking spaces between
initials and surnames.
