What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.login
2.loading will happen and goes offline
3.keeps switching between on and offline

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i am not able to go online

What version of the product are you using?


On what operating system?
Windows 7

Which Windows service pack?


Which version of Internet Explorer is installed?

There are many specifications in avatar file (size, dimension, pixels,
resolution etc.).

When you change the avatar, many users need to receive this update.

At the moment this should occur, you end up getting offline and the circle
repeats (ranging between online and offline).

Consider making the switch from avatar, even if within the specifications,
in the end-time, leaving your connected user throughout the night until the
next day / useful work schedule.
