What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pandion crash randomly and give different dll file name. sometime it even
give us a "unknown" module error.

What version of the product are you using?
Both 2.6.106 and 2.6.114 on different pc (only 1 installation per
workstation)

On what operating system?
Win 7 pro 64Bits

Which Windows service pack?
SP1

Which version of Internet Explorer is installed?
10 more exactly 10.0.9200.16921 with update 10.0.17
Chrome is default browser and IE was not open when crash happen.

Please provide any additional information below.
Using openfire 3.6.4 Crash module sometime say it is mshtml.dll,
StackHash_0a9e or unknown. Happen with both DHCP or reserved DHCP. With
Static IP set on the network card, the issue almost never happen. Exception
code is always c0000005.
We were using win XP a long time ago and never had issue (or didn't notice).

Solved by new updates in the Internet Explorer by Windows/Microsoft Update
(Patch Tuesady - July/2014).

Can you tell which KB? Because I did the july patch and it did not fix the
issue.
