Uploads hang for users

In some rare instances, uploads hang for my users. In those cases, I
find their video file in /tmp/mongrel.XXXXX.X.

Has anyone seen this problem before? I couldn't find it in the group,
but I'm hoping this has been seen and resolved already...

I'm afraid to say we haven't seen this error before. Do you get any response from the server?
