Updated tutorial?

The Panda community seems great but are there any newer tutorials
regarding running on ec2. Tried using both tried http://gist.github.com/78639
and http://github.com/rl/panda/blob/master/INSTALL.markdown

But having a hard time running any of them. Would like to run on EC2
with SimpleDB. Is that possible with any newer versions or are there
any great tips out there. Everytime I try I need to either update/
remove/reconfigure alot of gems or install ngix which is hard.

I just successfully set up an instance of Panda following this guide:

http://www.pandastream.org/docs/getting_started

The only step which didn't work is running "bin/thor
merb:dependencies:redeploy", but I skipped this step and everything
worked as expected.

Try that out and let me know if you have any problem.
