deleting video does not work

when I try to delete video it takes me to Bad gatewaay page and
nothing gets deleted,
logs also do not show anything.
url that delete takes me is following:
myip//videos/81e83b80-ed77-012c-5c37-123138045ce2

i get 502 bad gateway page and here is what [nginx] server error log
says:

any idea on this issue?
does delete work for other folks?

btw for url that sends for deletion does not seem to be correct it
says : /videos/39725900-
fbc9-012c-5c5c-123138045ce2 but should not there be some kind of
indication that video needs to be deleted?

I turned on debug but panda log gives zero information, actually only
nginx error logs producess following :

Sorry, if there's nothing in the merb logs you can increase the log level for the relevant environment in its config/environments/ file.

The url is correct, when you do a delete you must send it using the DELETE http method.

There could be an issue accessing S3 as that would cause a timeout like that. What do the merb logs give you?
