Long Island - Please help?

Although this is an ART & creative discipline message board, there are issues, I am sure most of you know I am passionate about – There fore I am asking for your help in sharing a little information to make the lives of those pets to live their lives with very little interaction or companionship from the ones who “own” them – They are in desperate need of anything that might provide interest for them – Mostly dogs who are chained up outside with no water, shelter or food that is provided by the owners. Please share this information to help in any way you can. I can only do so much myself, they need more help than I provide. Thank you – Please contact – Here is the plea “SHARE?
