!! VOLUNTEERS WANTED !! Planning RSVP fundraiser

Fundraiser pancake breakfast at the Riverhead Applebee's on Sat., May
5th from 8am-10am, 2 seating (8am and 9am).
Applebees donates facility use, kitchen and mgmt staff, tableware,
food (pancakes/eggs/sausage/coffee/juice/soda/tea), & templates for
tickets/flyers.

RSVP Animal Rescue Group is in need the following -

15-20 volunteers (minimum age 16) willing to arrive at 7:30 am
for easy instructions and prep. We should be out by 10:30am.
A volunteer to be in charge of the raffle/Chinese auction
(coordinating the donations and set up - set up will take a few
people).
Getting donations of raffle baskets/gift cards
Volunteers to get this advertised in all free forms of local news
media (maybe one volunteer to do radio and another to arrange for
online/newspapers advertising)

If you can't come maybe you have a friend in the area that might like
to help - RSVP Animal Welfare & Rescue Group and enjoy a pancake
breakfast at Applebee's in Riverhead. Tickets are $10 and include
pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs and your choice of juice, coffee,
tea or soda. We will also have a chinese auction and raffles, it's
