CALL TO ARTISTS - Harbor Country Day School (HCDS) is looking for a
few dozen Gnomes to renovate the school’s gymnasium.The Harbor Gnome
will be crafted in fiberglass and primed for painting.

He will measure 29” tall and 11” wide. He may be accompanied by a
Toadstool also fabricated in fiberglass and measuring 11” tall and 8”
wide. HCDS shall pay the artist $100.00 for each Gnome and $40.00 for
each Toadstool painted by the artist to the satisfaction of the
selection committee.

The Gnomes and Toadstools will be auctioned off in October of 2012 to
Harbor families, alumni and friends. All proceeds from the sale of the
Gnomes and Toadstools will be retained by HCDS to fund a gymnasium
renovation. -

Artists will be notified by July 1, 2012 of their acceptance. With
receipt of a signed agreement by the artist, HCDS will distribute
Gnomes and Toadstools on or before July 15, 2012. Completed works are
due by September 15, 2012.
