SGX Kernel driver

Hi,

I am using TI OMAP4 Precise 12.04  for Pandaboard (Dec 2012) release and very satisfied with it :).

I am currently exploring system performance, while running graphical applications  - using Lttng tracing.

Currently, I can't find any information related to communication with the GPU and its activity/utilization (except the system calls in strace log).

Thus, I would like to get traces from SGX Kernel driver, which's in my understanding is the only open-source component in the drivers stack (as user space libraries are binaries only).

Can you please point me to documentation how to rebuild it?

I have also read (http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/SGXDbg http://harmattan-dev.nokia.com/docs/library/html/guide/html/Developer_Library_Best_practices_for_application_development_Performance_management_Optimising_performance_for_OpenGL_applications.html) there's an option to configure it to debug mode (through /etc/powervr.ini file), however, I don't have this file on my system.  Why?

Can you please advice if there's an option to configure the current powervr kernel module to get more information about the communication with the GPU?
