Hi Folks,

Apologies on the recent spam seen on the list. I have banned the
authors of the emails, also changed the permissions of the list such
that only members can post to the list.

Apologies on a this slightly draconian measure, but, the list is
slowing down in content and public still have the option of
subscribing to the list prior to posting.
