HDMI Problem with Android ICS, graphic libraries from Android doesnt show graphics in HDMI mode

Hi, i am having a problem with the HDMI output from Pandaboard, some Android graphic libraries are not showing the graphics in HDMI mode but in DVI everything works fine, but i need HDMI, i dont know why does it happen, also, the resolution is higher than the resolution of the display and the colors are not correctly set, i dont know if this is because of the Android support or from the driver, if someone could help me it would be really great, thanks in advanced.

By the way, i'm using Pandaboard ES and Pandaboard Rev. A3 and A4 and the output is the same, the Android version is the ice cream sandwich, and the kernel version is the 3.0.8.
