I don't know how to solve this problem, but I have a workaround.

After you press the reset button, pull out SD card and push it back again, then the machine restarts.

Same problem here with a 16GB SanDisk Class 10 Card. Looks like it is not correctly reinitialized when rebooting. u-boot will tell you that it can't read the partition table. Pulling the power plug or the sd card solves the problem. Just try another card, thats what I did.
