Set up script issue

The set up script setup_panda.sh version 1.1.1 hangs when executing pip install -r requirements.txt. It gets prompted for credentials when attempting to download hg+https://bitbucket.org/ericgazoni/openpyxl/@134c257abd1e#egg=openpyxl. Could you please suggest a work around or do you recommend using the master version 1.1.2 from Github?

That bug was fixed here so I'd just use master.
