Panama Condo fire sales coming soon

“I don’t think that the traditional method of selling properties will be successful in the future. What would Thomas Jefferson say?

Once in a great while I find something that changes my life in a very positive way that I want to share with the world. About 6 months ago I stumbled on a podcast called the Thomas Jefferson hour

Los Faros on shakey ground

As bank financing dries up due to a lack of confidence in the wake of the economic crisis, the Spanish developer Grupo Mall hopes to find “creative solutions” to keep the ball rolling on its Los Faros complex of three luxury apartment towers in Punta Pacifica.
