Dear Panadura Toastmasters,
The tenure of the current Executive Committee of Panadura Toastmasters Club will be ending on 30th June 2024. The new Executive Committee will be appointed at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held on 1st June 2024, Saturday and they will assume their duties from 1st July 2024.
It is time for you to challenge yourselves by taking up these leadership roles. Please send your nominations for the next Executive Committee to me by replying to this email on or before 26th May 2024.
Kindly note that if you are nominating another member for the following positions, you should first discuss with the member and obtain the consent. You must copy the nomination email to the respective member when you are replying to me for this email.
