Query on source retrieval registration and evaluation

Dear Sir,

I had registered for the source retrieval task a week before as per your suggestion for the evaluation my system. The user guide tells that welcome email and other information will be sent to us. But till now I didn't receive any mails to proceed for my system evaluation. Can you please help me with this regard. Looking forward to your reply.
