the CLEF conference programme has just now been published, you'll find

The poster session will be on Monday evening from 16:00 to 18:30.
The remaining PAN sessions are on the last two conference days.

The reviewers are at work with the abstracts as we speak, and once
we've collected all the reviews (hopefully by the end of the week),
we'll let you know what they had to say.

A decision about the length of your paper and the presentation we ask
of you will follow, taking into account your performance in the
respective sub-tasks. The deadline for preparing the camera-ready
version of your notebook paper is August 17 (no extensions possible).

The final schedule of our sessions at the conference will be prepared
once all of the above is done.
