Hi everyone,

by this time we received many notebook submissions from you, however, not everyone who submitted a software could make it in time.

For those of you who could not make it, we would like to invite you to submit an extended abstract: a paper of at most 2 pages in LNCS format (i.e., using our paper template). In the extended abstract, you should simply describe your approach. This way, your contribution won't be lost later on, and people may still refer to you if they are interested, and they can even cite your work.

If you would like to take this opportunity, please prepare your extended abstract as per the instructions I sent earlier and submit it to the conference management system.

The deadline for the extended abstracts is: Sunday, May 5, 2016.

Best,
Martin

Hi Ivan,

the deadline for the camera-ready papers is July 1st, 2016, so there's plenty of time to work in the feedback you will get in a couple of days.

Dear Martin,

I wanted to ask when we will get the feedback on the submitted paper. Since the submission deadline of the Camera Ready Version is just in 2 days, I would like to now how much time we will have left to do the final corrections.

Best regards,

Ivan

Hi Martin,

We could not submit the paper and we are interested in submitting the extended abstract as you mentioned. Since we are participating from the US we will not be able to participate in the conference, can we still submit the extended abstract?

Anam

Hi Martin,

Can you share the link where we have to submit the extended Abstract? The easy chair link isn't working: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=clef2016labs

Regards,
Anam
