PAN: author profiling task

Dear participants,

Some of you detected few unicode characteres in the training corpus.
We'll upload a new version tomorrow morning (CET).

Wrt the Twitter dataset, unfortunately because of Twitter privacy
policy we cannot provide the tweets directly and you have to download
them. In order to ease the process in the next days we'll provide you
a script for that.

We apolgise for the inconvenience, especially to those of you who
planned an early bird submission. If you see that you need some days
more, don't hesitate to ask us.
