Dear everyone,

to get started with tomorrow's early bird deadline, we would like to assign you the virtual machine you need for software submission.

As you know, PAN is the first lab that switched entirely to software submissions instead of run submissions. Among other things, this makes an evaluation lab such as ours much more reproducible.

To facilitate software submissions, we develop TIRA (www.tira.io), where we host virtual machines and allow for remote control via the web page. We will ask you to deploy your software inside your personal virtual machine in TIRA.

If you wish to claim your virtual machine now, please let us know which operating system you prefer:

 [ ] Ubuntu 14.04.1 Server
 [ ] Ubuntu 14.04.1 Desktop
 [ ] Ubuntu 12.04 Server
 [ ] Ubuntu 12.04 Desktop
 [ ] Windows 7

We will then set up a corresponding virtual machine for you and send further information on how to gain access.

Best,
Martin
