Author Profiling dataset and downloader tool issues fixed

Dear participants,
We have fixed issues with the TwitterDownloader tool and removed some protected users from the dataset.
The new downloader reports the number of downloaded tweets and the number of erroneous ones. If the downloader crashes in any step, you can execute it as many times as you need, it will try to retrieve tweets not retrieved yet.
Please, download the latest version of both the dataset and the downloader tool from the webpage (http://pan.webis.de/clef16/pan16-web/author-profiling.html).
