Dear everyone,

this is just a quick reminder that today is the submission deadline
for notebooks. Please make sure to follow the instructions to prepare
them closely, and upload your notebook, your extended abstract, as
well as the signed copyright form as a ZIP archive to EasyChair at:
https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=clef2014labs

Moreover, some of you have asked about the evaluation results of the
additional runs you prepared using either the same or a different
software. We have added a feature to TIRA that now allows us to
selectively blind and unblind runs; those of you, who have additional
evaluator runs the results of which you could not see until now,
please revisit them again in your TIRA account. You will see the
results on test-corpus2 are now visible to your.

Best,
Martin

Martin,
Should we also upload the source code as mentioned in the CLEF instructions? Will you release the final results for source retrieval or we just include the preliminary results in the notebook?
Kind regards,
Victoria

Hi Victoria,

yes, please also include the source code of the paper (mind you, the
LaTeX sources, not the source code of your software!).

The evaluation results for source retrieval for 2014 are as final as
they can get, I think. The softwares running now are those from last
year.

Dear Alexander,

please prepare a ZIP that contains the following:
- the paper as PDF
- the paper source as LaTex or Doc
- the extended abstract.
- the signed copyright form.

Best,
Martin
