Dear Martin,

We are currently working on our software, and still not complete. We didn't register yet for the competition. If the last time to submit the software is April 15, when is the better time or last time to register? Please advice.

Hi Surya,

there is no registration deadline. In principle, you can register at
the last day. Keep in mind, though, that submitting the software and
deploying it on TIRA does take some time.
