Dear Pamolites,

• It is with deep sadness that I announce the passing of Ma Mercy Okoro of Bai Estate (Mother of Georgiana Chijioke (Anene).Ma Mercy headed the hospital unit in Bai for decades before retiring and returning to Nigeria and eventually to the US where she has been with Georgie all these years.  Share our deep condolences with the rest of the family, Georgie!

• It also with deep sadness that I announce the passing of Cletus Lole of first, Bai Estate then subsequently of Lobe Estate. He worked in Research for a long time and was popularly known as "The Saints" amongst his Sasse peers.  Our condolences go to the family!

• It is with deep sadness that I announce the passing of Mrs. Njoya, wife of Mr. Njoya of Supervisor's quarters, Lobe Estate.  Our condolences go to the family.
